Thank you for buying a genuine WINCHMAX wireless remote control kit. This four channel
kit consisting of a hand held transmitter(s) and micro receiver will allow the remote
operation of winching applications including motor solenoids and solenoid operated
hydraulic valves.

2. PHYSICAL INSTALLATION
Warning: Incorrect connection can result in permanent damage to the receiver and will
invalidate the warranty . If in doubt seek professional advice.
•
Locate the receiver in a position protected from water or extremes of temperature.
•
Ensure all connection s to the receiver are correct and the output is less 3A.
•
Keep the receiver antenna wire as straight as possible and do not change its length.
•
The -VE power feed MUST be from a direct battery earth and not a chassis earth.3.

3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Do not use this remote for overhead hoisting or personnel carrying machinery.
In order to prevent unintended starting through tampering, RF interference or system
malfunction all machinery must be electrically isolated when not in use. Do not use
this device in any circumstances where failure or unintended operation could result in
damage or injury.
•
Press the ON button to power up the transmitter, the battery indicator will glow
green indicating that the device is ready to use. If the battery indicator glows red the
internal battery (9v PP3) requires replacement.
•
Pressing buttons 1,2,3,4 will cause the corresponding outputs (trigger wires) on the
receiver to go to the supply voltage. Whilst transmitting the 'transmit' indicator
should also glow green
•
Pressing the 'STOP' or 'OFF' button will cease operation and power off the
transmitter.
