BEFORE INITIAL USE
NOTE: Blades are sharp, handle with care. DO NOT plug the appliance into an electrical outlet
before it's ready to be used.
NOTE: Remove all parts & accessories and dispose of packaging.
1.
Turn counterclockwise to unlock the lid from the motorized base.
(Refer to Assembly Steps - Step 1)
2.
Turn counterclockwise and lift to remove the grinding bowl from the motorized base.
(Refer to Assembly Steps - Step 3)
3.
Wash all removable parts & accessories in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly or place in
the dishwasher.
NOTE: Do not immerse the motorized base or the power cord in water or any other liquids.
WARNING: The blade is very sharp, so be careful when cleaning the blade inside the
grinding bowl!
4.
Wipe the motorized base with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
5.
Place back the grinding bowl and lid onto the motorized base. Ensure the lid is securely in
place on the grinding bowl by turning clockwise.
TO USE
1.
Align the tabs on the grinding bowl with the L-slots on the motorized base. Turn the
grinding bowl clockwise to lock into place. (Refer to Assembly Steps - Step 4)
2.
Place the desired quantity of beans or spices in the grinder bowl. The ingredient should
not exceed the MAX line.
NOTE: Always use small pieces of spice and beans.
3.
Lock the lid on the motorized base, aligning the l-slots on the lid with the tabs on the motorize
base. Turn the lid clockwise to securely lock into place. (Refer to Assembly Steps - Step 5)
WARNING: The appliance has a locking mechanism that prevents the appliance from
operating or blade from turning if the lid is not securely attached to the base.
4.
Plug the appliance into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
5.
Move the slide control up or down to select the number of cups you will brewing.
Refer to the table chart for the quantity selection.

6.
Select the desired grind setting. Turn adjustable grind knob clockwise to select COARSE,
MEDIUM or FINE grind. Refer to the table cart for grinding selection.
