5. Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Robot will not
charge.

Possible Causes
The Power Cord is not
completely connected.
Robot is not powered
ON.
Robot has not made
a connection with the
Charging Station.
The Charging Station is
placed incorrectly.
Make sure the Power Cord is connected firmly to the
Charging Station.
Some robot models require to be powered ON before
charging. Please refer to your robot's Instruction
Manual for details.
Be sure that the robot's Charging Contacts have made
a connection with the Charging Station's Contacts. You
may move the robot manually to make the connection
if necessary.
Please refer to Section 3 for details on proper
Charging Station placement.
