1. Car charger power is insufficient, please
use QC2.0 or QC 3.0 adapter
2. Cell phone must support wireless
charging function, or a wireless charging
receiver must be attached to the cell
phone.
3. The phone case is thicker than 4mm,
please remove the phone case to charge.
The infrared sensor head is blocked by
dirt, clean to remove the stains, and restart
the power supply.
