Fonctions
Les circuits imprimés fond de rail avec
connecteur intégré TG030 et TG031 permet-
tent de remplacer un dispositif constitué d'un
circuit imprimé fond de rail (sans connecteur)
et d'un connecteur modulaire.
Ils permettent d'alimenter les produits
modulaires à connexion fond de rail.
De longueur 214 mm, ils conviennent pour
l'intégration dans des RAIL DIN de profondeur
7.5 mm (TG030) ou de profondeur 15 mm
(TG031).
Bornes d'alimentation
En regardant le produit de face avec le connec-
teur sur la droite, il est nécessaire de respecter
l'ordre de raccordement suivant :
Borne jaune (1ère borne en partant du haut) :

Les opérations d'installation et de mise en
service sont à réaliser uniquement par un
installateur électricien.
- Les zones libres des circuits imprimés fond
de rail sont à recouvrir par un obturateur
TG007.

Funktionen
Eine Datenschiene mit eingelötetem Verbinder, Typ
TG030 bzw. TG031, lässt sich anstelle einer her-
kömmlichen Datenschiene (ohne Verbinder) und
eines zusätzlichen modularen Verbinders einsetzen.
Sie dienen zur Speisung der mit der Leiterbahn
verbundenen Modulargeräte.
Sie sind in 214 mm Länge erhältlich und eignen
sich zum Einbau in Hutschienen, Tiefe 7.5 mm
(TG030) bzw. Tiefe 15 mm (TG031).
Speisungsklemmen
Man betrachte man das Gerät von vorn, Verbinder
rechts, und beachte folgende Anschlussschritte:
• Gelbe Klemme (1. Klemme von oben):
+ 30 V DC (Ausgang ungefiltert)
Rote Klemme (2. Klemme von oben):

Achtung:
- Die Datenschiene mit Verbinder darf im
Starkstromverteiler (230/400V) zusammen
mit entsprechenden, VDE zugelassen Geräten
eingebaut werden und nur von einer
zugelassenen Elektrofachkraft installiert und
in Betrieb genommen werden.
- Die freibleibende Datenschiene muss mit einem
Abdeckstreifen TG007 abgedeckt werden.
