INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the factory visor. Only the hardware from the ends will be reused. The remainder can be discarded.
2. Apply supplied silicone into all the mounting holes.
3. Attach the brackets to the roof using the supplied ¼-20 x 1" hex head bolts, lockwashers and washers. (See Figure 1 on
next page for bracket locations). Do not fully tighten. The brackets should be snug, but still moveable.
• Before installing inside post long bracket onto windshield apply one piece of supplied trim guard to each long edge.
• Hold inside post long bracket over center post of windshield, inside cab. Drill holes through center post.
• Place outside post long bracket on outside of windshield. Using supplied 10-32 hardware, secure the outer and inner
brackets on windshield column.
• Attach support brace to windshield center post connecting to center bracket of the visor.
**Please Note: Not installing support bracket may cause roof damage or visor breakage**
4. Peel the protective plastic from the sunvisor halves at the mating flanges and around all the fastener holes, so the plastic
doesn't get pinched under the fasteners.
5. Apply a bead of silicone to the face of each bracket, except the center, where it will come in contact with the visor.
