16. Do not grasp the appliance with wet hands.
17. Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of children under 8
years of age.
18. Make sure that the cable does not hang over the edge of the table
or other table top and does not touch hot surfaces.
19. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner,
in a preheated oven or microwave oven.
20. When using the appliance, ensure that there is at least 12 cm
of space on all sides of the appliance to provide adequate air
circulation.
21. Special care should be taken when using containers made of
materials other than metal or glass.
22. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard,
plastic, paper, etc.
23. Always wear protective, insulated kitchen gloves when inserting
or removing objects from the hot appliance.
24. This appliance has a safe, tempered glass door. This glass is
stronger than ordinary glass and more resistant to cracking. Avoid
scratching the door surface or scuffing the edges. If the door glass
is scratched or scuffed, contact your nearest authorised service
centre for inspection and repair before using the appliance again.
25. Move vessels containing hot oil or other hot liquids with extreme
care.
26. To avoid overheating, do not cover food or any other part of the
oven with metal foil.
27. Do not place objects on glass doors when they are fully open.
28. The appliance is intended for household use only.
29. A very hot stream of steam may come out of the appliance when
the cover is being opened do not use the appliance if the power
cord has been damages or when the appliance has fallen down or
was damaged in another way. The appliance should be repaired
by an authorized service shop; see the annexe or visit the site
www.eldom.eu for the list of authorized service shops.
