■ Checking that the connection has been made correctly
Open the audio settings on the PC/Mac and check that this product is correctly recognized as both
the playback and recording device.
■ Adjusting the microphone sensitivity
Sound may be distorted or too faint on the remote party depending on your environment. In this
case, open the audio settings on the PC/Mac and adjust the microphone sensitivity.
