Problem

Possible Causes
The pressure of the gas conduit is too low.
The pilot nozzle is blocked.
The gas valve is malfunctioning.
The pressure of the gas conduit is too low.

The gas valve is malfunctioning.
The nozzle orifice diameter does not
match with the gas source.
The gas source pressure is on the low side.
The inflow of the connecting pipe is too
low.
The nozzle diameter does not match with
the gas source.
The gas cannister is almost empty.
The gas composition is fluctuating during
gas peak.
Not enough air through damper.
Regulate the pressure relief valve.
Clean the nozzle of the pilot.
Replace the gas pilot control valve.
Regulate the gas relief valve.
Clean the main burner nozzle.
Replace the gas control valve.
Regulate the nozzle diameter.
Regulate the gas relief valve or communicate
with gas supply department.
Increase the allowable inflow volume.
Regulate the nozzle diameter.
Change the gas source.
Regulate the inflow volume to a relative smaller
position, and adjust it back to normal when the
gas peak is over.
Turn the damper up.
