• Hold the mixer and insert it into its support
(13) by pushing it slightly forward and
pressing down until you hear it hooked (Fig.
4).
• To remove the mixer (1) from the base
(10), TURN IT OFF FIRST
• Hold the mixer and press the release
button (15), then unhook the mixer by pulling
it slightly backwards and removing it upward.
5 - USING THE APPLIANCE
• Unwind the power cord (3) and plug it into the socket.
• Move then the speed selector/switch (5) from "0" to one of its 5 positions
in order to set the most appropriated speed according to the type
preparation. The table below (Fig. 5) shows some indications on the most
suitable speeds for the various preparations.
TURBO FUNCTION
By pressing the TURBO pushbutton (6), the speed increases to the
maximum; releasing the TURBO pushbutton, speed returns to the value
selected on the selector/switch (5).
