1. General instructions
No modifications or alterations can be made to the product without authorisation from the manufacturer, in the
event of this, the guarantee will be invalidated.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
2. . Use and intended purpose
The drum turner SVK is a load-bearing device for lifting, transporting and tilting 200 litre steel drums with a
diameter of 585 – 600 mm
3. Safety instructions
Before the product is used, it is to be checked for correct functioning. Should any defects appear, it must not be
used!
Only use for intended purposes
The load must not be left in raised position.
The drums must only be raised slightly for when being transported.
The load capacity given, must not be exceeded!
Don´t walk under the hanging drums
The product is only to be used by qualified personal that have been instructed in the use
Caution: CRUSHING HAZARD (when used inproperly)
4. Assembly
Place the drum turner in front of the forklift truck and align with the reception pocket.

Grab the drum turner with the forklift truck.

Pull on the T-bolt by hand on with the aid of a tool. In addition secure the drum turner with a securing chain

through the eye-bolt of the forklift truck. Check the T-bolt after every loading procedure for firm seating.
The centre of gravity of the load is to be determined and to be secured by means of the loading diagram of the
-
forklift truck, so that the load can be lifted safely.
