5/ POWERSLIDE WARRANTY
Powerslide products are covered by a warranty period of two (2) years from the
date of purchase. During this period, items that are defective due to material
and manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at Powerslide's discretion.
Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of
purchase must be presented as proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase is
available, the warranty period shall be from the date of manufacture. This warranty
does not apply to damage that occurs due to the following:
• Misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or ordinary wear and tear.
• Repairs or alterations made outside the Powerslide authorized dealer network.
Making a warranty claim
If a warranty claim is made, it must be made with proof of purchase. Take your
product with proof of purchase to your authorized Powerslide dealer. Unless
otherwise instructed by Powerslide Sportartikelvertriebs GmbH, the product may
not be sent directly to the Powerslide Service Center.
All returns must be made through a Powerslide dealer. Your Powerslide dealer will
inspect the product and make suggestions on how to proceed. If it is determined
that the item needs to be shipped to Powerslide Service Center, you will be
responsible regarding shipping and any costs incurred. If Powerslide determines
that the item is defective with respect to material or workmanship and the
warranty period has not expired, Powerslide will, at its option, repair the product
free of charge or replace it with an identical or equivalent model. The repaired or
replacement product will be made available to the Powerslide dealer as soon as
possible at the expense of Powerslide.
Important!
The liability of Powerslide Sportartikelvertriebs GmbH is limited exclusively to the
replacement of defective products. In no case can Powerslide Sportartikelvertriebs
GmbH be held liable for death or injury, property damage, incidental, contingent or
consequential damages or for expenses incurred using Powerslide products.
