IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other). The plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If plug
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use an extension cord unless the plug
can be fully inserted.
Do not alter the plug.
2.
Turn off and unplug the unit to change
bulbs. Allow the bulb to cool before
touching.
3.
Avoid laying objects directly over the
power supply cord to avoid cutting or
damaging the wire.
BULB REPLACEMENT
1.
Turn off, unplug and allow to cool
before replacing bulb.
2.
Use one 60 Watt, Type A bulb. Bulb not included.
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED WATTAGE.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
To clean, use a soft, dry cloth only.
Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.

1. Set Base (A) on a flat surface.
2. Insert Bulb (B) into socket in Shade (C).
3. Insert Plug (F) into electrical outlet.
4. Use Switch (D) to turn lamp on and off.
5. Direct light by bending Gooseneck (E).
