3. Insert the Bottle Jack pin to connect the Bottle Jack to
the Lift Bracket.The bottle jack needs to be pumped
to the point that the bottle jack can connect to the
bracket.
NOTE: If holes do not line up, twist the Bottle Jack
Ram until they are aligned.

4. Install Wheel Baskets into the Front Tube. Repeat
for other side.

5. Install Handle Yoke onto Lift Bracket using (2) M6
bolts and nuts. When installing the Handle Yoke, the
slit needs to be face up.

6. Install Foot Pedal into Foot Pedal Sleeve and secure
with M5 phillips screw.

7. Insert Handle and twist to secure pin in Yoke slot.

8. After assembly, ensure lift rolls freely, lifts, locks and
lowers easily, and the Bottle Jack operates smoothly
before putting into service. Familiarize yourself with
operation of Height Locking Lever and Foot Pedal.
Make sure all nuts and bolts are secure and locked
tight
OPERATION
1. Position mower tires securely on Wheel Baskets,
centering the load on lift.
NOTE: If the mower's tires do not fit, adjust wheel
baskets to the outer position.
2. To familiarize yourself with basic operation, use the
notched end of Handle to engage and turn the release
valve:
a. Clockwise until firm resistance is felt to further
turning. This is the 'CLOSED' release valve position
used to raise the ram plunger.
b. Counter-clockwise, but no more than 1 turn from the
closed position. This is the 'OPEN' release valve
position used to lower the ram plunger.
3. Locate and pump the Foot Pedal until the Wheel Bas-
kets begin to rise, monitoring mower and lift closely.
4. Continue pumping until load has reached desired
height.
5. Engage Height Locking Lever fully before working on
or around the loaded lift.
