Problem

Possible Cause
Drain cap and silicone seal are not
secure.
Water was poured directly into
bottle support collar and
overflowed.
All the water in the tank has been
used.
The unit is unplugged.
Hot water power switch not
activated.
The circuit breaker in your home is
tripped or the 10A fuse, (back of
dispenser) has blown.
Hot water hi-limit thermostat has
tripped off.
Thermostat needs to be adjusted
colder.
Empty water bottle.
Mineral deposits clogging tanks.
Possible air pocket.
Possible ice build up due to
thermostat set too cold.
Bottle making a gurgling noise as it
fills the tank.
Water dispenser is uneven.
Suggested Solution
Ensure seal is secure in drain plug
and tighten drain cap.
Drain by pressing dispenser taps.
Replace with full bottle and wait;
60 minutes for water to cool, 15
minutes for water to heat.
Plug it into the outlet.
Activate power "on/off" switch.
Reset the breaker or replace the
10A fuse.
Allow the temperature of the hot
water to cool for approximately
30 minutes. Reset the hi-limit
thermostat by pressing the re-set
button (J) located on the rear side
of the unit.
Adjust thermostat between "L"
(cool) and "H" (colder) levels to
achieve desired temperature.
Replace with full bottle.

Push down on the dispenser
buttons to prime the unit.
Unplug overnight, then reset.
Set thermostat to high, slowly
increasing based on your use and
need for cold water.
This is normal.
Make sure the dispenser is on an
even surface that can support its
full weight.
