WAFFLE
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket. The red power on light and the green indicator light will turn on.
Prepare the batter as indicated in the "WAFFLES RECIPE" paragraph. Preheat the appliance before using it.
Wait until the green light goes out. The appliance has reached the correct temperature for use.
Pour the batter, carefully lower the upper cooking plate until the appliance is closed tightly.
The cooking time depends on the variations in the waffles recipe.
Slowly open the cover and check the cooking after 3-5 minutes; once each wafffle is cooked, use a non-metallic
utensil (for example, wooden spatula) to remove it. Do not use sharp or abrasive kitchen utensils.
If you want to cook another portion, close the lid and let the appliance heat up.
When the green light goes out, you can pour the batter for the next waffle.
After use, disconnect the appliance from the socket.
Note: During the cooking process, the green indicator light turns on and then off to maintain the appliance at the
correct temperature.
INGREDIENTS (for about 10 waffles)
2 eggs
80 g sugar
180 g flour
40 g butter
180 ml milk
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
Separate the yolks from the whites and then beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with an electric beater.
In a bowl, beat the two egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter to the yolks and stir.
Add the flour and the baking powder and, continuing to stir, slowly pour in the milk.
At this point, also add the stiff egg whites.
Let the batter rest for a few minutes and meanwhile allow the plate to heat up.
Pour some of the batter in the plate and cook for about 5 minutes.
Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well before cleaning it.
To clean, open the appliance and remove food residues from the plates.
For cleaning of the plates, use a sponge or a soft cloth dampened with hot water; do not use steel wool or other
abrasive items which could damage the non-stick coating.
In order to clean the appliance, use a soft or slight damp cloth.
Do not use very wet substances, liquids or cloths to prevent water from entering into the appliance and irreparably
damaging it.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE INTO THE WATER.
