CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS
The appliance is equipped with the
listed control devices, required to run
its main functions.
A) Thermoregulator: used to run the
appliance and regulate tempera-
ture.
B) Indicator light: when on, the appli-
ance is electrically powered.
C) Indicator light: when on, the elec-
trical resistances are on. The light
turns off when the set temperature
is reached.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1. Place food products on the cook surface.
2. Lower the upper plate until its surface comes into contact with food products.
3. Rotate the thermoregulator clockwise to start the appliance and set the required tem-
perature.
Caution - Precaution
To avoid burn hazards, place and remove food products with specific utensils.
For first appliance use, remove any protective film lining and run at maximum temperature
(about 15 minutes) without food product to eliminate any unpleasant odours. Wait until the
appliance cools and, if odour persists, repeat the operation.
APPLIANCE CLEANING
Before cleaning the appliance (at the end of the day or when necessary) turn power off (or
disconnect the power cord) and make sure the cook surface is fully cooled.
– Remove the drip tray, clean the cook surface and upper plate with food safe detergents.
– Wash the drip tray with food safe detergents, rinse and dry thoroughly before reassem-
bling.
– Accurately clean the work surface and all surrounding areas.
