Preparazione Lavorate le uova con lo zucchero. Unite il burro. Versate l'acqua. Incorporateci cacao, farina,
lievito e vanillina. Amalgamate bene il tutto. Foderate una tortiera adatta al microonde con carta da forno.
Stendeteci il composto. Cucinate per 6 min. circa al massimo della potenza. Cospargete di zucchero a velo.
Guarnite con gocce di marmellata e granella di mandorle.

Focaccine di Mele
Ingredienti 2 mele, 215g di farina bianca, ½ bicchiere di latte, lievito in polvere, 50g di zucchero, 1 limone, 1
cucchiaio di zucchero a velo, 1 uovo, 50g di burro, 50g uva sultanina, lardo fresco, sale.
Preparazione Lavate e ammorbidite l'uvetta in acqua tiepida scolatela e asciugatela. Lavate e sbucciate le
mele togliete i torsoli e grattugiatele raccogliendo il ricavato in una ciotola, unite l'uvetta, la scorza di limone,
lo zucchero, il sale e il burro a pezzetti. Mescolate e aggiungete l'uovo e la farina a cui avrete mescolato la
metà scarsa del lievito piano piano con un setaccio. Ungete un recipiente per il microonde con il lardo sciolto
e ponetevi sopra a corona 8 cucchiaiate del composto formando dei monticelli. Cuocete le focaccine alla
massima potenza per 5 minuti. Lasciatele riposare a forno spento per 2 minuti. Presentatele su un piatto con
una spolverata di zucchero a velo. Potete sostituire il lardo con il burro.
