COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY
The compressed air connection (8) and all other components are shown in chapter "COMPONENTS".
Make sure that the compressed air shut-off valve (7) is in the "closed" position before connecting the
device to the compressed air.
A compressed air supply with a pressure of 6.2 bar (90 PSI) and an air flow of 454 l/min (16 CFM) is
required for this device.
Make sure that the compressed air is clean and does not exceed the specified maximum pressure.
Excessive pressure or unclean air shortens the life of the extraction system and can cause property
damage and personal injury.
Drain the compressor's compressed air tank daily. Water in the compressed air line can cause
damage.
Clean the compressor intake air filter weekly.
Line pressure should be increased to compensate for unusually long air hoses (over 8 meters). The
inner diameter of the hose and the fittings should be at least 6.3 mm (1/4 ").
Keep hoses away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check the hoses for wear and make sure that all
connections are tight.
