TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION
1. When the display temperature of the iron is different from the actual measurement temperature,
you can calibrate the temperature, and when the temperature of the iron is stable, use the soldering
iron thermometer to measure the temperature of the iron p, and record the reading.
2. Press and hold the "
the calibraon mode successfully.
3. If the measured temperature is lower than the displayed temperature, press the "
the corresponding difference; if the measured temperature is higher than the displayed temperature,
press the "
" to decrease the corresponding difference. For example, if the display temperature
is 180°C and the actual measurement temperature is 150°C, press the "
4. Aer stopping pressing the keys for 10s, the soldering iron will automacally store the data in the
chip memory, and the iron will finish the calibraon and exit the calibraon mode and return to the
normal soldering state.
WARMING TIPS:
①Temperature of soldering iron head
Higher soldering temperatures reduce the quality of the sol
-dering iron p, so please use the lowest welding temperature as much as possible. The excellent
heat recovery characteriscs ensure efficient and effecve welding even at low temperatures.
② In use
When a new soldering iron p is used for the first me, n the p first during the warming process
to prevent oxidaon of the p;Do not leave your workstaon when the power is on.
③ Aer use
Wipe the p and cover the p with fresh solder;
This helps prevent oxidaon of the soldering iron p.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. To ensure personal safety, disconnect the power cord when the machine is finished working;
2. Do not expose the soldering iron to high temperatures for long periods of me, as the solder
plang on the iron head will be covered with oxides, which will greatly reduce the thermal conduc
-vity of the iron head;
3. Regularly clean the soldering iron p with a clean sponge. Because of residual oxides and carbides
