disconnect, turn any control to the "off " positi on and then remove the plug from the
outlet.
� Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
� Do not leave the machine unatt ended once plugued.
� Extreme cauti on must be used when unloading the popcorn. Always turn the unit over
a counter-top so that residual hot oil or water running out will not cause burns.
� A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk resulti ng from becom-
ing entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
� If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rati ng of the cord or extension cord should be at least as
great as the electrical rati ng of the appliance.
2) If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding
3-wire cord.
� Please refer to the rati ng label for the maximum conti nuous usage ti me (5 minutes is
the maximum usage ti me).
� Make a break before using the machine once again. The breaks should last at least 10
minutes.

USING THE POPCORN MAKER
• Place the device on a level surface.
• Before the fi rst use, it is recommended to wipe the device and accessories with a
damp cloth.
• Measure the popcorn using the measuring cup provided. One full measure per
