Settings and controls / Operating temperature
EN
The supply water temperature must be between 55 ° C and 60 ° C. The temperature of the wash tank is
in fact regulated by a thermostat programmed to approximately 55 ° C. It is thanks to this temperature of 55
° C that the chemical characteristics of detergents for industrial washing give the best results.
The temperature of the heating tank can be regulated using a thermostat fixed at 85 ° C.
The machine is fitted with a device ensuring the correct rinsing temperature. If the feed water has a
temperature lower than that indicated in the technical data, during the short cycle the washing will be
prolonged while waiting for the rinsing temperature to be reached.
Peristaltic dispenser
During washing, the peristaltic doser is activated to inject the rinsing liquid into the superheater.
The metering unit and its supply pipe must be filled before using the machine. Make sure that the rinse aid
container is full. Only to fill the plastic rinsing liquid supply hose, perform a first empty washing cycle.
During the washing phase, push the cycle switch (A1) several times, in 10 sec intervals until the hose is full.
For any adjustments, call a qualified technician.
The appearance of bluish marks on the dishes and the formation of foam in the wash tub means that the
amount of rinse aid is excessive
Dishes covered with drops of water and rather slow drying indicate that the amount of rinse aid is
insufficient or that the glasses are covered with a light layer of starch which can be removed by soaking the
glasses for a few minutes in water. water heavily added with detergent.
Rinse aid dispenser
During each rinsing, the doser is activated to inject into the superheater a quantity of product which can
vary from 1 to 3cc equivalent to a length sucked into the pipe of 8 to 24cm approximately.
The quantity of the liquid is regulated by the rotation of the front screw as in the diagram (F).
Therefore if the regulation screw is completely screwed the quantity is 1cc.
When using for the first time, fill the supply pipe by pushing the front regulating screw of the doser several
times.
Warning : the minimum supply pressure, measured at the water connection of the machine during the final
rinsing (flow pressure) must not be less than 1.8 bar, even if the taps are open on the same line.
Rinse aid dispenser
During rinsing, the peristaltic metering unit is started to inject the liquid into the tank. Before starting the
cycle, you must first fill the metering unit and its supply pipe.
To this end, check that the washing liquid container is full.
Controls
A number of checks must be carried out before using the machine.
1) Check the water level and its temperature
2) Check the level of the rinse aid
3) Check the temperature of the water supply
4) Washing additives (do not forget to fill the supply pipes and clean the holes in the tank).
During the phase of the first filling of the tank, the water must stop entering once it has reached 1cm above
the level of the tank plug (C2).
Water must be distributed at high pressure from all nozzles. The rotating washing (C6) and rinsing (C7)
arms must be able to rotate without obstruction under the effect of the water pressure.
The temperatures of the rinsing water and the washing water must correspond to those indicated in the
paragraph "Operating temperatures".
At each cycle, the metering units must pump the exact amount of rinse aid. Check the liquid levels in the
tank and, if necessary, fill it to the brim.
The pump suction filter must be clean. At the end of the cycle, the dishes, perfectly clean, must dry
practically in an instant by evaporation, when the basket is removed.
