Replacing the Scraper Bar (Fig . 11)
WARNING
the bail switch and remove the battery pack
before performing any maintenance task on
your snow blower .
1. The scraper bar is located at the bottom of
the snow blower beneath the auger.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver (not included)
to remove the 3 screws. Detach the worn
scraper bar from the snow blower.
3. Attach the new scraper bar and fasten it
securely to the snow blower with the three
screws.
Replacing the Rubber Paddles
(Fig . 12)
WARNING

NOTICE: When replacing worn rubber
paddles, pay close attention to the order in
which you remove them. Assemble the new
rubber paddles in the reverse order of the
disassembly.
1. Use a 3/8" (10 mm) socket wrench (not
included) and a 5/32" (4mm) hex key (not included) to remove the 4 sets of nuts and bolts
fixed on the middle steel plate, and the 4 sets of nuts and bolts fixed on the steel plate on
each side (total of 8 sets), that are used to secure the rubber paddles.
2. Remove the paddles.
3. Install the new rubber paddles in the reverse order of the disassembly. Secure them by
tightening the 4 sets of nuts and bolts on each side (total of 8 sets) and the 4 sets in the
middle.
