YEPP CHILD BICYCLE SEAT USER CHECKLIST
Please read and understand this document before any use of your
Yepp child seat
Our staff and management would like to thank you for purchasing your
GMG Yepp child bicycle seat from us and want to make sure that your
use of that child seat is as safe as possible. Even under the best of
circumstances, bicycling can be a hazardous activity and, as in many
recreational activities, accidents can and do occasionally occur. Cycling
with two people on one bike by means of a child seat can even be more
dangerous. It is for this reason that we specifically bring the following
safety points to your attention.
We ask that you read each point carefully; ask questions of our staff if
you do not clearly understand any particular point addressed; and initial
each point to signify that you clearly understand it.
1 I have received the owner's manual for the Yepp child bicycle
seat and agree to read it, especially the safety warnings, before using
the child seat for the first time. I understand that all riders (adults and
children) must wear a bicycle helmet whenever riding the bicycle.

Yepp Maxi standard
I have been instructed in, and understand, the Yepp Maxi is suitable for
carrying children up to the maximum weight of 40 lbs / 18 kg including
child, pack and contents. The Yepp Maxi with its seat tube fixture is
suitable for bicycles with a frame size of 21 inches or larger and a seat
tube diameter of 1.1-1.8 inches / 28-45 mm. I understand I will need to
use the longer bolts provided with the child seat for seat tube diameters
greater than 1.4 inches or 35 mm.

Yepp Maxi Easyfit
I have been instructed and understand that the Yepp Maxi Easyfit is only
suitable for bicycles equipped with a luggage carrier/rack that have a
load capacity of max 55 lbs / 25kg. I understand that I need to use the
special Easyfit adapter in case the luggage carrier of the bicycle is not
provided with the special Easyfit frame.

Yepp Mini
I understand that the Yepp Mini is suitable for carrying children up to a
maximum weight of 33 lbs / 15 kg including pack and contests. The Yepp
Mini should only be attached to a steel handlebar stem on a bicycle that
incorporates a steel front fork.

Yepp Junior Easyfit
I have been instructed and understand that the Yepp Junior Easyfit
may only be used in combination with the Yepp 35kg/77 lbs EF carrier,
Yepp bicycle fender, Yepp footrests and Yepp Junior Easyfit and only for
bicycles suited for the extra heavy load.
