OPERATIONS
1- Connect the impact rated socket on the anvil
2- Put the rotation direction switch in neutral before connecting air to the tool
3- Connect air line using the appropriate air pressure
4- Control the rotation direction and air flow using the controls on the tool
5- Place the socket on the nut and pull the trigger to operate the tool
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the tool from air supply when changing accessories, servicing or performing maintenance.
Replace or repair damaged parts.
• If the air system does not have an oiler, lubricate the air wrench daily with a few drops of spindle oil in the air inlet.
• Deposits in the wrench can reduce performance. If your model has a filter located in the air inlet, remove and
clean it as needed. Flush the wrench with gum solvent oil and allow to dry before use.
• Clean the wrench after use.
• When not in use, disconnect the wrench from the air supply, clean it and store it in a safe, dry, childproof location.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEMS
Sudden loss of power or erratic action
Reduced performance
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Excessive drain on air line,
moisture or restriction in the hose,
incorrect hose or fittings size
Grit or gum deposit in the tool
SOLUTIONS
Check air supply and
assembly instructions
Flush the tool with gum solvent oil.
Allow to dry before use
