It is important to read this manual carefully in order to ensure smooth functioning and long service life of the pool equipment.
Pahlén AB is not responsible for the product warranty in case of any damage due to improper installation, mishandling or main-
tenance.
Product description
The outlet nozzle can have different functions in the swimming pool. Examples:
• Optional outlet nozzle in the suction line to the pool's circulation pump serves to prevent the pump running out of water if the
pool water level falls below the skimmer.
• Additional outlet near the pool bottom ensures that water does not become still at the pool bottom.
Outlet nozzle of the Classic design is intended for different pool types with liner.
For assembly in PP- (polypropylene) alternatively pool of fibre glass, item no 124821 Outlet nozzle Classic is used awith an
extra screwkit (item no. 15530111) and instruction MA55-45 added.

Installation
The recommended depth is described in the subsequent sections.
• The outlet nozzle must be part of a system with several suction points where at least two functioning suction points per pump
are installed. The distance between the edges of the nearest suction points must be at least 1 meter according to EN 16713-
2: 2016 (private pool) and 2 meters according to EN 13451-3: 2011 (commercial pool). If one suction point becomes blocked,
the other must be able to handle 100% of the flow.
• Reinforcement should never be closer than at least 50 mm from stainless steel in the cast-coated pool constructions.
• Electrical cables and installation> 30V may not be placed within a distance of 500 mm from stainless steel material.
• During installation works, stainless steel tools with clean contact surfaces should be used.
• In order to avoid scratches and stains, keep the items in their original packaging until installation.
• Be careful during installation, so as not to scratch the item.
• Avoid placing concentrated chemical dosages next to stainless steel details. Damage can occur in case of no pool circulation.
