Cleaning the brush roller and wheel axles
If the brush roller or wheel axles of the motorised turbo brush become blocked or jammed,
turn off the unit.
Cleaning the brush roller
Use a coin to turn the lock on the right side of the motorised turbo brush to the
position.
Lift the flap under the lock, then pull the right end of the brush roller to detach it
and slide the left end out of the compartment.
Use a pair of scissors or the cleaning tool provided to carefully remove hair, fur, thread
or any other items that may have become entangled on the brush roller.

Check and remove any fibre or debris found within the compartment.
•
To reposition the brush roller, close the flap and turn the lock to the
sure the brush spins smoothly.
Cleaning the wheel axles
If thread or dirt is jamming one of the wheels, carefully insert a screwdriver into the
cavity to dislodge it. Remove any thread or object jamming the wheel.
Reposition the wheel by firmly pressing it back into its compartment. Make sure it
spins smoothly.
Clearing blockages
Small objects, carpet fibres, etc., can occasionally jam the vacuum cleaner.
•
If you notice a blockage or loss of suction during use, turn off the vacuum cleaner.
•
Detach the extension hose and/or vacuum tool from the main unit's air inlet and empty
the dust cup.
•
Carefully check inside the extension hose and vacuum tool (detached) to find the blockage
and clear it.
