PREPARING
1. Insert the saw blade (1) into the device as shown above. Fasten the saw blade (1) with the fixing
screw (3) using the Allen key (8).
2. Remove the sealing cap from the air inlet (6) and install the quick coupling nipple into the air inlet.
3. Put a few drops of compressed air device oil into the device via the air inlet.
4. Make sure that the trigger (5) is in the non-depressed position.
5. Connect the device to the compressed air source hose.
6. Check the function of the device by folding the safety tab (4) and then pressing the trigger (5).
7. The device is now ready to use.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose
of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.

Flush and lubricate tool, drain air tank and supply line
Increase line pressure, make sure compressor matches
tool's air pressure and consumption needs
Use teflon tape at all fittings and joints.
Check tool for worn or damaged o-rings & seals.
Replace as necessary
Be sure you are using a tool suited for the sanding
requirements of the job at hand.
