Problem
The device does not
work.
The ingredients are not
sufficiently cooked.
The ingredients are fried
unevenly.

Cause
The device is not plugged into
the mains.
There is too much food in the
basket.
The temperature is too low.
The preparation time is too
short.
Certain types of ingredients
need to be stirred halfway
through the preparation time.
There are too many ingredients
in the basket.
The basket is not correctly
positioned.
You are preparing fatty
ingredients.
The basket contains grease
residue from previous use.
The food may be burning.
The device has reached more
than 300°C and has stopped
working.
Solution
Plug in the device.
Put less food in the basket so
that it cooks more evenly.
Adjust the temperature.
Set the timer.
Ingredients that are on top or
crossed over (e.g. potato
chips) should be shaken
halfway through the
preparation time.
Do not fill the basket above
the MAX symbol.
Push the basket until you hear
a click.
When cooking fatty
ingredients, a large amount of
oil will seep into the basket.
The oil produces white smoke
but does not affect the
appliance or the final result.
The white smoke is due to the
grease heating up. Be sure to
clean the basket properly
after each use.
Unplug the fryer immediately.
Wait for it to cool before
removing the basket and
cleaning.
The unit's fan will continue to
run automatically to lower the
temperature.
