POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Speaker won't turn on?
Recharge your speaker and try again.
Speaker won't turn off or respond?
Reset your speaker by pressing and holding the On/Off button for 8 seconds. The
speaker will turn off and be reset automatically.
Can't connect the device to the speaker?
1. Make sure the Bluetooth indicator light is blinking. If not, try turning your
speaker back on.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth devices if there are many of them in the room. This can
cause search and connection difficulties.
3. Make sure the Bluetooth on your device is turned on and in visible mode.
4. Make sure you are connecting to the right speaker (Tramontina Stage). If in
doubt, remove all devices with the same name from your Bluetooth list and search
again.
5. If the speaker still doesn't connect, reset the device and try again.
No sound?
Bluetooth Connection
1. Adjust the volume (the volume may be too low, both on your device and on the
speaker).
2. Check whether the speaker is connected on the device's Bluetooth list.
3. Make sure your Bluetooth device is within range.
4. Make sure there are no obstacles in the way that could block/interrupt the signal.
AUX Connection
1. Adjust the volume (the volume may be too low, both on your device and on the
speaker).
2. Make sure the connection was made correctly and that the connection cable
is intact. If you find faults, change the cable or receiver to which the speaker is
connected.
Memory card connection
1. Adjust the volume (the volume may be too low)
2. Make sure the card is inserted correctly and that it is not damaged. If so, replace
the memory card and try connecting again.
Poor sound quality?
Bluetooth Connection
1. Move the device closer to the speaker or try to remove obstacles between them.
2. Make sure that the device's battery charge is not too low. If necessary, recharge.
AUX Connection
1. Make sure that the cable used is compatible and intact, in good working order.
Memory card connection
1. Check the integrity of the memory card, as it may be damaged.
