PROBLEM
Item will not
activate.
You only hear
item sound but no
item activation.
You cannot connect to

Bluetooth
on NEW
device.
Item has no sound while
operating.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• 6V 2A adapter is not plugged in.
• Switch on control box is not in the DEMO/OFF
position.
• Batteries are not inserted correctly.
• Control Box wires to the arms are not
connected.
• Prior device is still connected to
REAPER BAND Bluetooth
• Volume knob is turned all the way down.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
• Check 6V 2A adapter is plugged
in and securely inserted into the
control box.
• Move switch to Bluetooth
ON positions
• Install batteries with positive and
negative in the correct positions.
• Make sure the control box wires
labeled H and I are both securely
connected.
• Unpair/forget prior Bluetooth
• Adjust volume knob to desired volume.
