- Only operate the product with the supplied accessories.
1. Prepare the eggs and the product as described in the section "Preparing eggs for
cooking".
2. Plug the mains plug 8 into a properly installed socket.
3. Press the ON/OFF button 4 to start cooking. The indicator lamp lights up blue. As
soon as the water has completely evaporated, an acoustic signal sounds and the
indicator light goes off. The cooking process is finished and the eggs are ready.
4. Press the ON/OFF button 4 again to switch the product off. Pull the mains plug 8
out of the socket.
5. Pick up the egg tray 2 by the handles and take it off together with the cover 1 so
that you do not come into contact with the hot steam emerging from the steam
outlets 7.
6. Take the cover 1 by the handles and lift it off. Now place the cover 1 on a heat-
proof surface.
7. Hold the egg tray 2 under cold running water to cool the eggs down.
• If you do not cool the eggs down, they will keep hardening. This makes
it difficult to shell them later on.
• If you cook eggs several times in succession with the egg cooker,
always let it cool down a few minutes in between.
Cleaning and care
WARNING!
The product gets hot when in use. Steam also emerges through
the opening in the cover.
- Always pull the mains plug and let the product and all its
components cool down completely before cleaning.
CAUTION!
The egg pricker on the bottom of the measuring cup has a sharp
point.
- Be careful when cleaning the measuring cup. It might prick you.
