755R/1 Apply even, tangential force in the direction of
tightening.
755 Grip the wrench at the handle behind the handle stop
with one hand. Tighten only in the direction of the arrow.
755 ATTENTION! Gripping or supporting the wrench along
the shaft of head area will lead to wrong tightening values,
similar to attaching an extension pipe.

A noticeable jerk and a well audible »click« signal that the
torque has been reached.
Careful setting and handling of the wrench ensure that the
torque values obtained correspond to the value for each
setting within a tolerance of ± 4 %.
Every torque wrench is a measuring instrument, careful
handling is obligatory. The internal parts of torque
wrenches are subject to normal wear and tear. Check the
values for the settings on a test unit at regular intervals.
If the torque wrench ist not to be used for longer periods,
turn the adjustment spindle clockwise right to the end.
Whenever the torque wrench has not been used for a long
time, first carry out a few release procedures using settings
in the upper range.
