POSSIBLE CAUSE
• 6V 2A adapter is not plugged in.
• Switch on control box is not in the ON position.
• Batteries are not inserted correctly.
• Springs in step 4 are not seated correctly.
• There is an obstruction blocking operation.
• Volume knob is turned all the way down.

• Check 6V 2A adapter is plugged
