GLUE GUN INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Caution! Before using the glue gun read this manual carefully
and keep it for future reference.
Caution! When using glue gun or any other electrical tool be careful
and stay alert to reduce risk of fire, electric shock, burns or other
body injury.
Specific safety rules for glue gun operation
1.
When working with glue gun always use appropriate anti-
splinter glasses, anti-splinter goggles or face shield. Wear shirt
with long sleeves, long trousers and protective gloves.
2.
Never modify the tool in any way.
3.
Do not touch hot nozzle of the glue gun or melted glue. Nozzle
and glue temperature during operation reaches approximately
210
C and there is risk of serious burns.

Do not allow children or strangers to have access to the glue gun.
5.
Do not leave the glue gun unattended, when it is connected to
mains network or hot.
6.
Keep the workplace clean. It must be tidy and well illuminated.
Untidiness in workplace introduces risk of body injury. There must
be no flammable materials close to the tool when it is used.
7.
Do not use the glue gun in wet or damp environment. Glue gun
is designed for indoor use in dry places only.
8.
Do not expose power cord of the glue gun to danger. Do not pull
the cord when removing plug from mains socket, do not carry
the glue gun hanging on its cord.
9.
Do not put the glue gun on its side when it is hot. When putting
the glue gun away, always put it on the wire-support. It ensures
that hot gun nozzle or other hot parts have no contact with any
surface in workshop or a table.
10.
When the work is finished, disconnect the glue gun from power
supply and allow it to cool down before storing. After glue gun is
cooled, store it in dry place away from sunlight.
11.
Do not overheat the glue gun, protect against oil and sharp edges etc.
12.
Always use common sense. Do not operate the glue gun when
you are tired or under influence of alcohol or medicines.
13.
Glue gun is designed for use with glue sticks with diameter 11 mm.
14.
Do not use melted glue on surfaces coated with oil paint or wood
stain unless you can clean the spot you plan to glue.
15.
Do not use glues other than designed for use with glue guns.
16.
Do not substitute structural joining elements with glue applied
with the glue gun!
17.
To avoid hazards, if power cord is damaged it should be replaced
by the manufacturer, specialized repair workshop or by qualified
person.

1.
Joined surfaces should be as flat and smooth as possible. Before
starting to glue clean surfaces with solvent. Surfaces must be dry
with no trace of oil.
2.
Insert glue stick into the gun and wait 3 to 5 minutes until it is hot.
3.
Glue dries within 60 seconds. Single operation of applying the
should not exceed 40 seconds.
4.
To finish operation, press two glued surfaces against each other
evenly for approximately 5 minutes.
5.
Do not attempt to remove unused glue from the gun just after
the work is finished. Unused glue that remains in the gun can stay
there and it will be heated up when the glue gun is used again.
