TIPS

Place the food on a rack to let it cool down for a few minutes. Do not
stack one above the other. The food can turn soft.

Cover the plates with a small amount of vegetable oil. This can be done
with a paper towel or with cooking oil spray. Wipe off excess oil. It is
recommended to periodically do this step after each use to maintain
quality of the plate.

Allow the food to cool down for a few minutes and enjoy!
TIPS FOR PANCAKES AND WAFFLES

Do not overfill with batter, as it will cause spills.
•
Make sure the batter is thick and not too runny.
•
Do not use old mix to make batter. Results are better when using freshly
made mixture.
