• Always start with a gentle warm up (mild aerobic exercise and/or stretching).
• Do not overexert yourself. In case of chest pain or tightness, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, nausea,
or short breath, immediately stop exercising and consult your physician.
• Wear appropriate sport gear.
• Perform a visual check of the product before each use. Do not use the product if it is damaged or
defective. Defective components must be replaced immediately. Failure to do so may impair the
functioning and safety of the unit.
