Proceso de reinicio del Módem GPRS:
Si el servicio GPRS falla, se realizará la siguiente secuencia periódica:
-Fallo GPRS: Si no hay registro GPRS o no hay SIM (Pin = ERROR)
Se realizan 5 intentos seguidos cada 10seg y si no hay servicio, se pasa a 1 Reinicio de módem cada 60 Seg.
