CEILING MOUNTING
Proceed as described in figure 3, moving the screen close to the brackets (pos.1); block the screen in the rear part by slightly reclining it (pos.2); move
the screen towards the top to enable it to go in the bracket (pos.3); screw the 3 screws positioned on the bracket until they are completely tight (pos.4).
W ALL MOUNTING
Proceed as described in figure 4, moving the screen close to the brackets (pos.1); block the screen in the rear part by slightly reclining it (pos.2); move
the screen towards the top to enable it to go in the bracket (pos.3); screw the 3 screws positioned on the bracket until they are completely tight (pos.4).
MODEL WITHOUT CASE
Calculate the distance of the two brackets to be mounted to the wall or ceiling, considering the pin of the cover comes out about 4.5cm (Fig. 5 & 6).
Mount the brackets making sure they are secure.
Insert the pivot in the motor as in fig. 7 and after insert the pin to block the motor as in fig. 8.
Following move the pin to the bracket as in fig. 9 and blocking it with the bolt as in fig.10
SCREEN MOTOR
CHARACTERISTICS:
The motorisation is carried out through a synchronic single-phase operating tube with characteristics as follows: 230 Vca, 50 Hz, 315 W, 1.70 A 17
turns per minute.
The motor in the screens is situated on the right of the screen looked from the front (upon request, it is possible having the motor on the left).
The operation is carried out through a mono-polar switch included, or through an optional remote controller upon request.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION:
The electric wiring must be in accordance to the CEI regulation. The regulation CEI EN 60335-1 states that the supply network must have a Mono-
polar disconnection device with a minimum distance in the opening of the contacts of 3 mm. For controlling the screen use only the switch supplied
with the kit, or an equivalent model, following the indications of the connection table at Fig. 11 (if the motor is mounted on the left, the colours of the
wires should be inverted, that is down = brown, up = black) .
W ARNING: never connect two or more motors on the same switch without a group control unit or two switches to the same motor.
WARNING THE SETTING MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY SPECIALISED PERSONNEL, THE ADJUSTMENT AT THE END OF THE
INSTALLATION MAY VOID THE WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO THIRD
PARTIES CAUSED BY SETTING NOT CARRIED OUT BY ADEO SCREEN PERSONNEL.
MALFUNCTION OF THE MOTORISED ROLLING UP:
Check the supply is 230 V on the control switch.
Check the connections between the control switch and the motor.
Check that the motor is not in the thermal protection phase (wait a few minutes until the motor cools down).
Check that the wire between the motor and the inverter is not interrupted.
WARNING: the installation of the screen, the electrical connections and the checks in the event of malfunction of the motorised rolling up must be
carried out by an authorised agent or by competent personnel who are aware of the risks which electrical energy presents. The connection wire cannot
be changed. If the wire is damaged the screen must be changed. The misuse of the end limit or the piercing of the seal situated above the holes voids
the warranty. If necessary contact our technical office for further clarifications.
WARRANTY ON SCREENS
Adeo Sc reen s c reens are c overed by 24 months Manufac turer' s W arranty on the c urtain + 12 months on mec hanic al and s truc tural parts only ( elec tric engines covered by
independent 60 months warranty ). T he warranty s tarts from the date of the manufac turer' s invoic e.
Adeo Sc reen warranty c overs damages and malfunc tion deriving from normal us e of the s c reen and free of c harge replac ement of defec tive parts .
W ithdrawal of s c reen, forwarding c harges and c us tom duties are to be paid by the c us tomer.
T he warranty is not valid in c as e of wrong ins tallation, tampering or repair by tec hnic ians not authorized by Adeo Sc reen or tampering of the s eal of limit s witc hes . T he
adjus tment of limit s witc hes mus t be done only by tec hnic ians authorized by Adeo Sc reen. T he warranty does not c over the parts that s how normal wear and tear, deriving
from partic ular weather or environmental c onditions as well.
Damages or tampering of s c reens in trans it/s hipment are not c overed by warranty: an ac c urate ins pec tion when goods are c ollec ted/rec eived is , therefore, recommended.
T he s c reens s ent bac k to be repaired will not be ac c epted without a Return Material Authorization number (R.M.A.) FROM Adeo Sc reen and/or without a proper pac king.
Adeo Sc reen res erves the right to c hec k that all the details above mentioned have been c omplied with in order to c ons ider the warranty valid.
