Clean equipment thoroughly after each time of use. Always unplug the power plug prior to
cleaning and allow to cool properly. Do not clean under running water. Never use
solvents/bleaches.
1.Taking apart: Remove fixed mincing plate with a screwdriver.Clean off with hot water, dry
afterwards.
2.Store punched disk and knife upright, coating them with oil.Wipe the aluminium parts with
cold/lukewarm water, then dry.
