PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
•
Never move the device when it contains water or when it is turned on.
•
Never use the device without water in the tank.
•
Do not allow children to play unattended near the device. It is intended for use by
a responsible adult. Make sure to keep it out of the reach of children.
•
Regularly check the device prior to use for signs of wear or damage. Do not use the
device if it is damaged in a way that would impair safe use.
•
Immediately stop use if the device is damaged. Repairs must be made by
a qualified technician.
•
Do not allow foreign objects to enter ventilation or exhaust openings as this can cause
electric shock or damage the device. Do not block air outlets or intakes.
•
Do not immerse the device, its cord, or plug in any liquids, and do not use near water
(the bathroom, laundry area, etc.). Do not pour water into the mist outlet of the device.
•
Never add detergent, chemicals, or fragrances to the tank.
•
The use of water additives (such as essential oils, fragrances, etc.) damages the material
of the tank. Always make sure to use the container intended for that purpose. Never pour
water additives directly into the water tank.
•
If the mist comes in contact with the floor prior to evaporating, this may damage the
surface of the floor. Make sure to monitor the area regularly.
•
To prevent water leaks from the base, we recommend never to close the tank if there is
water in the base.
•
This device is intended for indoor use only. Never use the device for any purpose other
than that for which it was designed.
•
If the device will not be in use for a long period of time, store out of the reach of children.
