1. Place two marks on the floor for pilot holes, 19" center to center.
2. Drill two 3/8" diameter holes on the floor.
3. Insert the anchors in the holes.
4. Secure the anchors to the floor with provided screws.
5. Line up the holes on the base of the towel rail with the anchors and push down into place onto the floor.
6. Secure the towel bar to the anchor with the provided set screws.
