OPERATING THE FAN
The fan has three speeds. With the fan plugged in, select the desired
High
speed by pressing its button on the base of the fan.
Medium
The bottom button (0) turns the fan off.
Low
Off
OSCILLATION (FAN ROTATION)
To turn on the oscillation feature, push down the oscillating knob (9)
on the top of the motor housing. To turn it off so that the fan no longer
rotates, pull the knob back up.
To change the vertical angle at which the fan blows, loosen the Fan
Pitch Adjustment (11), adjust the fan as desired, and then re-tighten
it.
CARE, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE
1. Be sure the fan control is in the "0" or "OFF" position and that the fan is un-
plugged before cleaning.
2. Access the fan blade by releasing the guard retaining clips and loosening the securi-
ty screw/nut (refer back to the beginning of this guide). Then, remove the front grill.
3. Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills gently with a soft, moist cloth. Remove the
blade if necessary by unscrewing the cap.
4. After the blade and other parts are completely dry, place the blade back into the
fan unit. Tighten the securing screw/nut and fasten the front grill with the retaining
clips.
• DO NOT immerse the fan in water.
• Never allow water to enter the motor housing.
• DO NOT use harsh chemicals to clean the fan.
