7. Track your Activity & Sleep
The wristband has three main modes. Shortly press the ON/OFF button two times
continuously to change between the three modes.
7.1. Sync mode: Here you have two methods of synchronizing, connecting via Bluetooth or
with 3.5mm jack cable.

7.2. Sport mode: This is an Activity mode.
When you want to make some excercise
then you must select this mode. It can change from sleep to activity mode automatically
when you are awake for more than 5 minutes.
7.3. Sleep mode:
When you want to go to bed then you must select this mode.
a) When in activity mode, press the button two times shortly to enter sleep mode
.
The wristband will vibrate and show sleeping mode symbol.
b) When in sleeping mode, press the button shortly to review the current time (month, date,
time, battery status).
c) When you turn to sleeping mode
and you do not move, the wristband will stay in
sleeping mode. If you move while in sleeping mode, and your movement is less than 5
minutes, the wristband will judge your sleep quality like "deep sleep", "light sleep" or "bad
sleep" according the frequency of the movement.
If you move for more than 5 minutes, the wristband will change from the sleeping mode to
the activity mode

d) When you are in sleeping mode
and you want to switch manually to Activity
mode
(e.g. in the morning after waking up)
press 1x the button
you see the time
press 2x quickly the button and directly press the button again 2x quickly
then you
are now in the Activity mode.
