INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Shut off the water at the supply valves under the sink or at the main water
supply. Disconnect the supply lines. Remove the existing faucet from the
sink.
Clean and dry the surface area where the new faucet will be mounted.
2.
To install with the optional deckplate for a 3-hole sink, skip to Step 4.
Before installation, unscrew the lock nut (CC) and remove the metal washer
(BB) and rubber washer (AA) from the faucet body (A).
NOTE: Single hole sinks do not require the optional deckplate (B) and gasket
(C).
3.
Carefully insert the water lines (3.1) and shank (3.2) on the faucet body (A)
through the mounting hole in the sink (3.3). Skip to Step 5.
4.
Optional deckplate installation:
Apply a thin bead of silicone to the underside of the gasket (C). Place the
gasket (C) and deckplate (B) over the mounting holes in the sink, aligning
the center holes in the gasket (C) and deckplate (B) with the center mounting
hole in the sink (4.1).
Carefully insert the water lines (4.2) and shank (4.3) on the faucet body (A)
through the hole in the deckplate (B), gasket (C), and the mounting hole in
the sink (4.1) until the faucet sits on top of the deckplate (B).
5.
From underneath the sink, secure the faucet body (A) to the sink using the
rubber washer (AA), metal washer (BB), and lock nut (CC). Secure the lock
nut (CC) with the hex bolts (DD).
NOTE: It is helpful to have a second person hold the faucet in place while
tightening the hex bolts (DD) on the lock nut (CC).
