2. Can I control the device via 2G/3G/4G mobile
network?
You can control it as long as the key box is connected
to the Gateway, which in turn must be connected to the
internet. Once the device has been configured, you can
control it remotely via the 2G/3G/4G mobile network.
3. How can I share my device with my family?
Select the device in the App and click on "Manage
members". Click "+" to add new members (they must
have a muvit iO Home account).
4. How to reset this device?
To reset the product you must do it from the App, log
in with the username and password associated with it,
select the product, click on the pencil at the top right
and then click on "Delete device".
5. How do I open the box if the batteries are dead?
You must connect the box to the power supply by
means of a type C cable, you can use a portable battery
(Power bank), once you have done this, set the opening
password and change the batteries.

included in this product for the term of (3) years in all its
parts, against any manufacturing and operating defects
from the date of delivery to the end consumer and at no
cost to the consumer.
*Warranty on software applicable to the content of
the physical product (hardware), not on the control
application (App) within the consumer's mobile devices.
In order to enforce this warranty, no further requirements
should be made other than the shipment of this product
together with this warranty and the invoice or proof of
purchase.
