Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 400 kg (200 kg per ramp). Load the vehicle
slowly. Do not drop any load onto the ramp. This may reduce the load capacity and result in
injury and/or material damage.
Make sure the ramps are free of dirt, debris, grease and oil.
INTENDED USE
Use the drive-on ramp exclusively for loading and unloading vehicles. Never exceed the maximum
load capacity of 400 kg (200 kg per ramp) and never load or unload above a height of 60 cm. Use
the product only for the purpose it is intended for. The manufacturer accepts no liability for
damage caused by unintended use. Any modification to the product may negatively impact safety,
cause hazards and invalidate the warranty.
Only suitable for domestic use; not for commercial use.
UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Open the box and remove the product. After unpacking, please check the product for damage
and to ensure it is complete. Subsequent complaints cannot be accepted.
ASSEMBLY (see page 3, illust. ①)
To fix the support plates, please use the included screws, nuts and spring washers. Make sure that
the plate is installed under the drive-on ramp.
USAGE (see page 3, illust. ②)
WARNING! Risk of trapping! The ramp should be unfolded on level ground. Before use, make sure
that the protruding edge rests firmly on a step or the platform, cannot slip off and does not exceed
the maximum height of 60 cm. When loading items into a car, you have to make sure that it
cannot roll off.
The spring-loaded bar on the underside must engage in the intended grooves on the opposite
side.
To fold, push the bar on the underside out of the grooves against the spring force while
simultaneously folding the ramp.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Use a sponge and warm soapy water for cleaning. Do not use cleaners or detergents containing
solvents; substances such as bleach can damage the product. You may find further care
instructions on the product. Regular cleaning, checking and maintenance increase the item's safety
and service life.
DISPOSAL
At the end of your product's long service life, please dispose of the valuable raw materials properly
so that proper recycling can take place. If you are not sure how best to proceed, the local waste
disposal companies or recycling centres will be happy to help.
