ENGLISH
The column interface Ref. 1083/50 is designed
for the 2Voice system. It is used to split a column
into several backbones or to connect several
independent columns (max 32) in the system. It can
manage one column or up to two calling stations
directly connected to it.
Refer to the information contained in the system
booklet supplied with the power unit Ref. 1083/20
for possible system confi gurations.
INSTALLATION
The column interface can be installed in an
electrical panel on a DIN bar (it occupies ten 18mm
DIN modules) or wall-mounted using bolts (not
included). The terminal boards can be accessed
when the electric panel is open.

DIP 2 - 6: these switches are used to program the
column code and must be set according to the
table shown in the system booklet supplied with
the power unit Ref. 1083/20.
LINE TERMINATION SETTINGS
The Z default terminals are reciprocally short-
circuited. Remove the jumper to cut out the line
termination. The termination must be activated in
all devices arranged at the end of a line, i.e. when a
line is present on LINE IN and not on LINE OUT.
