Cam and cleaningof theair conditioner.
Grille and Case
Turn the air conditioner off and remoxe the
plug fl'om the wall outlet before cleanin ,
To clean, use water and a mild deteroent Do not
use bleach or abrasi',es.
Outdoor Coils
The coils on the outdoor side of the air conditioner
should be checked regularl)', If they are clogged
with dirt or soot, they may be protessionally cleaned.
Air Filter
The air filter behind the ti'ont grille sholfld be
checked and cleaned at least e\ ery 240 days or more
otten if necessary.
To remove:

] Open the inlet grille u _wm'd b_ _ulling out
the bottom of the inlet grille,
] [)sing the tab, ptdl up slighfl} on the filter to
release it and ptdl it down,
Clean the filter with wam_, soapy watel= Rinse and
let the flter chy betbre replacing it,
A CAUTION: Do N oro_o_o

conditioner w /thouta filterbecause dirt andlintwill clogit
and reduce performance.
