Fine Grater and Grater:
1.
Place the Container on a flat surface.
2.
Place the Mandolin Top on top of the Container. See Fig 4
3.
Insert Grater Blade (E/F) into Mandolin Top (B).
4.
Secure food with Hand Guard (A) and slide back and forth
to grate.
Removing/Replacing Blades:
WARNING
: Extremely sharp blades! Keep fingers clear of the blades at all times. Handle with
care and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Place finger into finger slot (H) and gently lift the interchangeable blade. See Fig. 5
3.
Carefully pull blade away from the Mandolin Top (B). See Fig. 6
Cleaning your Mandolin Slicer:
WARNING
: Extremely sharp blades! Keep fingers clear of the blades at all times when
cleaning the blades.

Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, sharp or
metallic cleaning utensils such as knives, hard scrapers, and the like. They could
damage the surfaces.
2.
Clean all used parts under running water with a mild detergent or place in the top-
rack of a dishwasher. Thoroughly dry all parts after washing.
Storage:
All parts must be completely dry before storing. Make sure to store it in a safe and dry
location, out of reach of children and pets.
Disposal:
The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
